Participate

This event has two separate parts and you can choose to participate in either or both.

  • The Upcycle Exhibition: an Upcycling Exhibition where creators enter individual pieces and judges will award prizes for the best entries.
That's what this page is all about: for information read on, below.

  • The Sustainability Fair: a market-style event where stall-holders will offer a range of delights. Upcyclers are welcome but we'll also consider other handmade goods, food and sustainability information stalls.

Showcase Entries

This is for people who have a fantastic example of Upcycling which you would be happy to exhibit to inspire others, but:

  • it is a treasured item you don't want to sell OR

  • it is not your own work (eg: something you have purchased) OR

  • it does not meet the entry criteria but is still relevant to the exhibition

Showcase entries will usually be particularly special examples of Upcycling and will be considered on a case by case basis.

If accepted, Showcase Entries will be exhibited with other entries but will NOT be charged entry fees, will not be for sale and will not be considered by the Judges as competition entries.

If you have a fantastic piece that you'd like to share as a Showcase Entry, please e-mail us, attaching a photo of the item and its dimensions and display requirements.
